Designed around the column.
Clamped securely. No metal-on-metal contact.
Smartbins are held in place by a clamping force, with spacer plates preventing metal-on-metal contact with the column. Drainage channels in the plates allow rainwater to run past the column rather than collect at the fitting.
Keep column access clear.
We specify post-mounted bins above or below column access panels, keeping the panel accessible. If complete removal is needed, the bins can typically be taken off in 3–4 minutes by loosening four stainless steel bolts concealed inside the units.
The spacer plates are made to order for each installation and CNC-routed for the specified fit.

A unique contoured liner, made in two parts from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, supports straightforward emptying and interchangeable front plates.
Tip, tap and empty.
Cigarette and gum waste normally releases when the liner is upended and tapped into a suitable larger collection bin. If litter is stuck inside, the front can slide out for access — a step that is rarely needed.
Change the front plate.
The two-part design makes front plates quick and easy to swap. A four-hole front plate obscures the stub plate for indoor, gum-only collection. A fully closing stub plate can be fitted when bins need to be taken out of use temporarily.

Liners come in a brushed stainless steel finish and can also be powder coated. Ask us about finishes and front plates suitable for your scheme.
